When you start a conversation with us we may collect:

- How you found us: the page you were on, the website that referred you and campaign tags in the link (for example
utm_source). - Technical data: device type, browser, operating system and an approximate country.
- Your consent: the date and time you agreed to be contacted.
We do not collect payment details through this service.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and connect you with the right member of our team on WhatsApp.
- To follow up on your enquiry (for example sending the information you asked for).
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, so we can improve our website and advertising.
The legal basis is your consent (given when you tick the box before starting a chat) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and improving our services.
When you continue to WhatsApp, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp, a service of Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to messages sent there.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our hosting provider, email provider and business tools we connect (for example our CRM or spreadsheets), and only as needed to handle your enquiry.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and for our legitimate business records, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
